The challenge

With a fleet of vehicles on the road 24/7, Aquaforce needed a reliable vehicle partnership to ensure a good service for their customers at all hours. As Aquaforce are public facing, they also required smart and up-to-date vehicles to give the right impression. The vehicles Aquaforce hire often need to be customised to transport tools and equipment, so flexible vehicle options are also important.

The solution

10 years ago, Aquaforce started working with Arrow after they had been let down by other vehicle hire companies. We’re keen to develop close relationships with clients and this is exactly what Aquaforce needed. No matter what the issue or time of day, our team is on hand to help Aquaforce keep their fleet on the road. This close relationship has meant we’ve had a multi-year relationship with Aquaforce, so we’ve been able to keep their fleet fresh and modern, cycling their vehicles at the end of each contract. Our in-house workshops have also been on hand to service and maintain the vehicles.
