To provide the best support to Arrow Self Drive customers, our One Call breakdown and recovery team are always on standby and ready to assist you, whatever the circumstances, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In the event of an accident or breakdown call our Breakdown and Recovery team on 07718 736279 immediately for free assistance. If you have an accident or the vehicle suffers any kind of damage, please use the accident kits provided to document as much information as you can. DO NOT use mobile phones to take photographs as they are not admissible in court. Please use the film camera provided.
Punctures & windscreens
The cost of repairing a puncture is the drivers responsibility, but we are happy to come and assist you if you need us to. However, the call out and puncture repair will be charged to you.
