Toll, congestion and penalty charge notices (PCNs)
The hirer is responsible for any toll/congestion fees during the hire period.
In the event that a penalty notice is issued for unpaid toll/congestion charges, we will pay the fixed fine plus an administration fee of £20.00 + VAT. Please note: This amount is additional to the actual Penalty Charge Notice amount. Speeding, bus lane and parking fines will be redirected to the issuing authority and will be reissued to you personally.

Non-UK license holdersliving in the UK
If you hold a non-UK driving licence but have lived in the UK for over 12 months, you will need to obtain a UK licence before you can hire from us.
